To prepare truly black inkjet films
SIMPLE METHOD TO EASILY PREPARE FILMS AT YOUR HOME
Transparent polyesters suitable for preparing films for frames and pad printing plates. They are used in inkjet printers using the highest resolution possible for black color. Just insert sheets into printer and proceed printing with black. Black obtained in contact with the film improve its density becoming highly opaque, inattinic and stopping impression lamp light. The density of black can also reach 4.2. It is important to note that the density of traditional films normally reaches 2,0.
AccuBlack™ is specifically designed to create both positive and negative films with excellent quality.
It is also used to realize screenings, very fine sections, works of art, it resists water. The resistance of the film is the same of traditional photographic ones. AccuBlack™ can be used in traditional inkjet printers, using pigment and Dye Based Inks. Drying is very fast. Definition quality is proportional to prinyer resolution quality. With a resolution of 2.500 Dpi, you can obtain high definition screens. Current available formats are A3 (29.7x42) and A4 (21x29.7), 17 "rolls (43 cm) and 24" rolls (60 cm)
PRINTING FABRICS
Quasar srl selects the best silk-screen printing fabrics on market. We purchase only high modulus polyester fabrics in PW armor, in white and adiactinic yellow . We normally keep in stock the most requested ranges, in 135 cm and 160 cm height.
Different heights and specific sizes are available on request.
SQUEEGES
High resistance polyurethane squeeges for screen printing. Available 3 mt. bars with several profiles, hardnesses in shore A, three-layer and rounded. We purchase a special three-layer doctor blade for painting U.V. in high speed that allows an optimal distension of paint. It's possible realise special profiles and thicknesses on request. Consult data sheets for the most appropriate selection.
Are also available 1 mt. wooden handles for manual use.
